With the Homecoming dance fast approaching, Emma is shocked to find out that Sutton is running for queen. Panicked, Emma devises a plan to not have to attend the dance, thus dropping out of the race against Nisha, which raises red flags for all who know Sutton. Realizing that she must go through with it, Emma is rushed back into the spotlight and finds herself clinging to Ethan for support and comfort. Meanwhile, Alec seems to be increasingly close to catching on to Sutton and Emma's switch. Although he has not been able to prove Sutton has gone missing, Alec begins to take the necessary precautions to protect his and Ted's secret about the girls' mother.

The ABC Family network recently debuted the new series The Lying Game, which airs on Monday nights at 9 PM. The series centers on identical twin sisters, who were separated at birth, with one growing up wealthy and the other growing up poor. When the rich sister goes missing, her sibling with lesser means seeks out to find her. Actress Kirsten Prout stars in the new series as Char Chamberlin, and she recently held a conference call to discuss her role on this ABC Family series. Here’s what she had to say below.
On the show Char and her friends practice ballet. So, do you have a history of ballet or is that something you trained for during the show?
Kirsten Prout: Well, if you count running around in a little tutu on stage when you’re seven a history in ballet, an extensive one, yes. But, I was not classically trained. I met with a ballet instructor, a coach, who helped me out and helped me through bar work and just the basics and some stretching. It was fantastic. We all had to learn from scratch. But, ironically, the one person who does dance ballet – or actually the two people, Sharon and Allie in real life aren’t written as the ballet dancers. So, us novices have to take over.
